沙特商务访问与工作访问签证邀请函新规定

　　近日，沙特阿拉伯驻华大使馆关于沙特商务签证和工作访问签证的申请设立了新的规定，自7月17日起，申请人在申请沙特商务访问签证与工作访问签证时，提供的邀请函需注意到的五个事项，如图所示：

　　1、沙特详细地址：沙方邀请公司的详细地址要具体到门牌号，或与其营业执照上的地址一致；

　　Saudi Address: Saudi Arabia invites the company's detailed address to be specific to the house numberOr consistent with the address on their business license;

　　2、营业范围：沙方邀请公司、受邀请的中方公司的营业范围必须要详细，建议与营业执照上的描述一致；

　　Business Scope: Saudi Arabia invites companies,The business scope of the invited Chinese company must be detailed, and the recommendations are consistent with the description on the business license;

　　3、访问目的：访问目的需详细描述，如目的是开会,需写明开会的主题、与会人员、何种项目、工程等；

　　Purpose of the visit: The purpose of the visit needs to be described in detail.If the purpose is to open a meeting, it is necessary to state the theme of the meeting, the participants, what projects and engineering;

　　4、公司名称：沙方邀请公司名称需写全称，与营业执照一致,不能写人名或简称；

　　Company name: Saudi Arabia invites the company name to write the full name.

　　Consistent with the business license, you cannot write a name or abbreviation;

　　5、中方名称：公司英文名称必须和邀请函相符。

　　Company name: The company's English name must match the invitation letter.
